Solution to sleep paralysis!!

PLEASE READ. I know this is an old post but i felt inclined to respond. This exact sensation has happened to me on and off a few times a year since i was a child. The feeling has always terrified me so every time it happened I would wake myself up.

Since the pandemic I have been doing soul searching and spiritual healing. Finally last month as I was in bed the same vibrating sleep paralysis overcame me. This time, instead of waking myself fully out of the situation I told myself “I’m going to fully surrender and see what happens” as I said this, the vibrations became stronger and after a few seconds there was a feeling of release and peace that i’ve never felt before. After I woke up I thought to myself I can’t believe I never allowed myself to just feel instead of always trying to fight it.

So last night the same situation happened and I knew I would again surrender feel the same feeling as last time. This time after the vibrations I began having a vivid scenes of the future, and I know this sounds crazy but it all seemed too real and I was not sleeping or dreaming this was a vision. And it was magic!

Hi sounds like you have always had this. Check out narcolepsy and hypnogogia. It's nothing to be afraid of, you can take control of events within, on the otherside so to speak. Have had tons of this since PCS. Do you get the big coloured spiralling clouds that transport you into the universe, timeless eternity? Have you 'met' mythological beings and animals and other beings not of this world.Most people find all this a bit strange, but it's real. The vibrations are an energy field, try to make your arms and hands move while this is happening and twiddle your fingers about 10 inches away from your body above your torso. Bring your arms in slowly to that area and see what happens, see what it feels like in your body.

I got no answers from anyone on this subject, medically, but found the answers by researching the DMT experience, psilocybin experience, Kundalini experience and meditation experiences. You'll find these and the Buddhist Devi worlds and the Hindu deities and are all pretty much linked along with the Greek mythologies and the ancient Egyptian myths.

Modern science is a bit of a baby in regards to the older journeys into consciousness. It see's it as cross traffic between the hemispheres of the brain, across the corpus collosum that joins the two. Brain scans of people under the influence of psychadelics, or in trances, or hypnogogic episodes or in deep states of jhana (nirvana) meditative states are all similar with the enhanced activity coming from the right hemisphere which is normally active only in REM dreaming.

Try and educate yourself on it, I would'nt go banging on to the medical profession about it, they'll only look at you blank faced with a twitchy arm reaching for the phone to call the men in the white coats.

I have the same vibrating sleep paralysis with loud buzzing/ringing sound. I was reading on this blog about not being afraid and letting the journey begin. Last night I did same as you twice, and was like “I’m ready to go see what’s out there and who’s talking through the static” I asked Jesus to be with me, I thought the vibrations were so strong my husband might wake up , not sure anyone else could feel that intense vibration but it sure felt like it to me! I heard a mans voice through the static and buzzing, then a woman, I was ready, I was excited, then this peace just came over me and it faded. I thought, I wanted to go! I wanted to see stuff, I was ready, I surrendered my fear this time. I fell back to sleep and then there it was. My arms were crossed on now chest, I was thinking good for being asleep. I was telling myself it’s ok, and I’m ready to see someone or something, the sounds in m ears were so loud, I heard voices through the static, I was ready again…. Then it melted away. I hope one day if these episodes continue that I can see what others see, the places, the people, the animals. I now know I can talk myself through the vibration, I can cognitively think while in that state, I can be prepared. I hope you find peace in your journey when you go , if you do!
