Silly question time

I touched the image to put in profile picture when I joined and it said ‘following’. Obviously I don’t want to follow myself but I can’t see how you remove it!

That is such a good idea, following yourself, if you have memory issues where you forget one moment from the next it could actually help. Not a problem at all but a solution.

LOL! You could be right there. Sometimes when I close the app I can’t find Headway again!

Just to let you know, there is no such thing as a silly question here, they are just questions.

I can't solve the issue, but I can empathise 😀

Hi Coffeegal,

If you go into your profile (icon in the top-right and select 'Profile'), you should see a tab on your page called 'Following'. This will show you every person you're following, you can click the blue button underneath their name to toggle between follow and unfollow.

If you're using the app I'm not sure how it looks as we can't access it here, but you can always click the 'Help' link to get in touch with HealthUnlocked.

I hope that helps?

Andrew
