Hi.

Does anyone know if there’s any funds available to help pay for carers counselling support? The NHS services I’ve been offered in the past don’t really get it, that I don’t need fixing, just a regular person to talk to so that I can save my friends and family for positive times and not moan at them all the time! So I think a private counsellor would be better and I’ve made an appointment but not sure how to pay for it as I’m pretty incapable of work at the moment!

Any other partners out there suffered from total collapse? I’m worn out. Can barely bring myself to move or make any decisions or plans in my own life never mind do it all for my love too

Please phone the Headway helpline on Monday for information and expert advice. The no.is freephone 0808 800 2244 during office hours to speak with friendly advisors.

Good luck in getting the help you so badly need. And remember we're always here on the forum to listen if you need to offload. Cat x
