Another tasty treat from the manor house.

My pal decided he would take on your curry despite my having no fresh chillies and, on arrival, it was lacking meat, fresh veg (apart from onion) and was pretty much floating in tinned tomatoes ! You would've been appalled..……(I truly was).

I shall make a totally faithful attempt, with fresh veg, fresh tomatoes and chicken & get back to you...... 😑x

I'm afraid I would have applied some sort of corporal punishment to said pal and questioned our friendship if you're giving away my recipes to that sort of folk!! 😀

NO, I didn't ! 😧 I printed it out and he commandeered it whilst I was gardening. 😒

I value our friendship so much that I'll give him three swipes with a wet tea towel.... x
