Good morning,

I came across an article in a medical journal which explores differing neck musculature in correlation to symptoms and recovery of concussions/mild traumatic brain

I thought I would share it here in case there are others who would find it as interesting as I do.

Best wishes

Hi Broken Doll . I think it's worth mentioning this no medication needed and it's free to try C1 C2 valuations of effects in relations to headaches and neuron activities on higher levels has a result of a TBI injury one of the things that helped me was a towel rolled up and placed in the crepitus of your neck( back of your neck) while sitting comfortable on any high chair this can be done it helped me so much I broke my neck in three places has well as the TBI sustained at the time since the time of the TBI I never have had any headaches after the injury at all it's free to try and worked for me I hope it works for you in giving you some relief not even a neurologist will tell you that .

hope it works for you too thanks for the information .

Thanks for your reply 1Simulated!

That’s interesting regarding the towel placed under your neck. I also broke my neck at C1 at the time of my TBI. It’s a lot better these days and for me it was exercise, specifically weight training that eased my neck pain and stiffness. I still get an awful lot of crepitus but it’s not so much painful but it’s very loud and can feel tight when it needs to “crack”.

Thanks again and I hope you are keeping well!

Hi Again .

I can't complaint to much at the moment all well even though life after an ABI or TBI building ones life after that can be a really hard journey along a very rough road over to many years of trying to better yourself the best you can in life no matter what situation you land yourself in keeping positive with a nice balance in life in the way of all the necessary elements a normal life should have the things we love hold on too all the negative you don't need in your life thanks .

I was hoping to do some charity work in the way of funding to help people affected but with the lock down it's put my plans to an end until lifted .

but yes doing really well it's hard to keep a good person down life goes on to your best abilities and be proud of how you are self respect is a must have and maintain .

Nice Talking to you .
