The Lincoln group before the big walk. Fantastic turnout this year :) Plenty of awareness raised, not to mention well over £1000 again. I'm genuinely thrilled.

So is the brain fog lessening with all this walking Baron? What else has changed since before you started regularly walking? Hope your blisters have healed by now. Well done again. Best.

Nah, the walking doesn't help the brain fog, but it does give me a sense of purpose, a goal. Each walk is like my life in short. The drive to get off my arse and begin, the will to succeed and the determination to finish. It's actually quite fulfilling and I'm determined to continue...
