I read about fixing your teeth/regrowing cavities years ago and back then it was mainly about getting a sufficient supply of calcium.

Doctors and mainstream media will tell you to drink milk for healthy teeth and bones.

Well, yes there is calcium in cow’s milk but you can get a lot more calcium many other ways through seeds and grains, leafy greens, broccoli or Moringa which is a tree and the leaves are what holds a rich supply of calcium. You can buy some from health stores like Holland & Barrett.

And another thing about Moringa, it supposedly reduces fatigue. It says so on the packet.

Well I don’t get massively fatigued anyway.

So I am in the middle of fixing my teeth using Moringa, Chia/flax seeds, cacao powder and it is doing good.

BUT

More research has arisen since about reminiralising teeth and it is not just calcium that fixes teeth but other vitamins such as vitamin A, D and K2.

I had a look at the nutrition tables on some of my packs of seeds and grains. Hemp seeds have calcium as well as vitamin D and the same with Chia seeds.

I did stop eating hemp and chia seeds for a while but I think now I shall make sure to get back on them.

Usually, if there is something wrong or out of place in the body, it may be because of a vitamin deficiency.
