Spot on Andy, like Caroline i can add on a decade but we’ve not lived with it as long as you. Im determined im not going downhill (secretly i know i am) . But like you say crack on with it.
I wonder if i ought to wear shorts on my head? Cant look any worse than a normal hat Hmmm? Maybe not, a step too far.
Its good to know im not the only one that loses their words. I stop mid conversation to give my brain time to catch up, friends and family understand this now but its awkward if im with people that dont know me well.

Well as you know, it's walk your own marathon, so the distance is irrelevant really. But yes, a nice easy route is the way to go. Do you think you can get your specialist on side as we discussed? Lincoln hospital is getting involved this year, so any interest countrywide will be invaluable...
I’ll email his secretary and see where he stands, he originally wanted me to try and set up a walk for the rehab unit and theres a country walk near there thats round Hollingwoeth Lake , but thats only a 2 and a half mile walk. Let me cogitate on it and see what ican come up with.
Have to say Andy that struggling to find essential words in every sentence has sent my vocab standards plummeting to where frequent swearwords are now the norm.
It's OK online as no one's waiting around for me to string a few words together, so I can cogitate for as long as it takes. I prefer online conversations as it's a relief from the frustration of having words put in my mouth or my sentences finished for me.
Haven't tried pants on head though ; might give it a go...…....🤔x
On a brighter note mate at least you can come down stairs while filming yourself, many here would just love that mobility, be thankful.

Its been a tough time hasn't it (?), and the month of Jan is a beast to get through!! Have to say, although today's message relates to a serious matter, you always come across as hilarious. Maybe its the pants on head and the mad cow prints! Still laughing.....
