Along with the loss of good mobility, the word-finding and brain fog have been my worst bugbears. Having previously been pretty eloquent and happy to take on any subject or argument I've (like you) been reduced to using shorter, more childish vocabulary in most conversations.

Words of choice are usually j-u-u-st out of reach ; it's so demoralizing.

On the other hand, I haven't yet tried pants on head to diffuse the frustration ! (yours are cool BTW). I'll let you know...... 🤗

Hi BaronC I'm am a BI Survivor of 37 years kept my struggles hidden from the world family/friends/jobs up until 4 years ago when I couldn't hide anymore 37 years of sarcasm and humour and being the joker and pushing myself to dangerous extremes this was how I kept it hidden..I was 10 when I had my accident I'm now 48..I fairly new to headway n I've seen yor name but not clicked to watch..I'm so glad I pressed click to play today everything you say is me apart from the epilepsy..your short videos are mind blowing for me so thankyou for posting..I'm so happy I came back to Headway after a while off it..👍👍
