Hi, we were hoping to attend in Dec so e mailed the address on here , to tell them a little about our history. Ask if ok please for us to attend and check times are still relevant.

That was a week ago and have heard nothing. Don’t want to just turn up as husband stress s on new things anyway , so don’t want a fruitless journey .

Are we approaching this the right way?

Bless you Phil, so kind but that is the website email address I wrote too requesting to attend and checking they’re still live. Sadly a week gone by... no reply 😞

Rather odd. Maybe try a phone call? I go to a small Headway Group in Ystradgynlais and is very good. So I think it is worth the effort to attend a Group. It's good to meet people who can understand and empathise. If you follow the link then go to the Headway main page you should be able to find a helpline number. Good luck.
