The BI group I go to have wanted a gym in the centre they use for a while and tho they have probably known that me and a few others would like that nothing was sorted towards this happening. Last week a new member of staff started and asked everyone to fill out a questionnaire about social time and what we think would make it better. Really plenty of things could of been said. I put quizzes or games or something and having bigger space with a gym. I knew the man who runs group would like a gym I would as it would be something to do and work towards goals so I encouraged others to put a gym as well obviously only people who would benefit from on which is over half of who goes.
This week it seems the man has been thinking about me encouraging people to put a gym and a lot must has as he has said he’s going to organise a group of us who want to use a gym to go for sessions each week. I’m well pleased as I have done bits of running with him which I had to stop as I’m on benefits that could be effected which the staff all know so this gym group will be a way I can exercise and run safely without benefits being effected.
