Pip appeal

I got letter from tribunal today.i used to get mobility but after a face to face had it put down.i have now been awarded the full 12 points.so i have won the appeal.it took nearly 6 months to sort out.but it was worth the fight.anybody going through this keep going.the letter came today.which is my 6 year annie versary.x

Thnku cat.x will believe it when money goes into bank.gnna rest for s few days.n then fight for my sons right to help with looking for a job and benefits ect he has aspergers.but a few days of no worrying for me n il b bk fighting for his rights.hope me winning my appeal gives others hope.thnku fr your reply hope u doin ok.take care xx

I had to do the same thing go to tribunal and won pip told me I did not have a brain injury they had all the paperwork to prove it after this happened 2 or 3 years after I got pip at least within a minute walking into the tribunal I won I had support from headway who came in the room with me

Great! Well done, I'll bet that's lifted the weight of your shoulders. My life has altered for the better since the tribunal and the award. That was after 4 attempts and 4 refusals. Dave
