Hi bexx,

We're having that problem too - I'll report it to HealthUnlocked so they can investigate. Thanks for letting us know.

Best wishes,

Andrew

Just to update you, they've passed this on to their technical team so hopefully we'll have it fixed very soon!

It's always really helpful to get these reports, sometimes it takes us a while to work out if it's a problem with our computers or something more widespread.

Thanks again,

Andrew

I'm presuming its some sort of glitch in the database, possibly if the site is busy? it times out? has happened a few times, refresh thus far has worked.

Never stopped here, it doesn’t happen that often, seems to show on both iPad and laptop.

As it’s a 3rd party Headway and others are using to run these forums I don’t get the impression they have a huge technical team, Heathunlocked that is.
