Coping, loving and caring.

A great post. By a great wife. Hubby will understand and show greater appreciation of your situation as time passes. I know that a little (half a teaspoon) of coconut oil, pure, once a day morning time, is good for soothing and settling the brain. This could also apply to you, I was diagnosed with Ataxia and found myself blaming those around me for my misfortune.

On a good day I promised myself not to punish those looking after me. I have a computer and have found a good social media site where I interact with some lovely people who have been a great help to me in coping with my condition. All it takes is a tablet and an Internet connection.

I hope this helps you and your children.

God bless you all☺

Hi Jodr,

I hope you are well today, I've also had my coconut oil today and reckon on spending some time in the garden.

Sometimes I feel that I need to have a day without the coconut so, I will not take it. My condition is such that I can take exercise and spend a couple of hours in the workshop.

I have no medical knowledge and the taking of coconut oil was recommended to me by family members. I do however take the prescribed medication.

The best to you and the family!
