Any turned down at tribunal

Weve heard about appealling and after going to tribunal having it overturned but are there any stories were they didnt win?

I won mine they already decided I won before I went in my headway person came with me she supported me 500% she gave them evidence they conformed with me with a struggle certain things lasted less than 10 minuets went out for decision. Got called back in with my winning letter and run down pip judge was excellent and the people with her I was dreading it

Make sure you have someone with you who knows about brain problems like headways who can give them more info

Yep twice to tribunal, first time 2 years after my husbands accident as kept loosing jobs due to cognitive impairment. Job he had held down for nearly 30 years before accident! He scored 0 at assessment, just couldn't believe what I was reading when decision came back from assessment according to him my husband could do everything flipping lies, went to tribunal increased to 2 but told sympathies but doesn't meet criteria. Second time last year same came back score 4 then went to tribunal scored 6 so didn't get Pip. His welfare officer couldn't believe it he sent for statement of reasons but told us once he seen it not enough to take it to High Court for Appeal.

Went on to say could reapply in 6 months which was February

Nah no chance not putting my husband or myself through that again....

I won at tribunal they also had made the decision before I entered the room and were quite confused it had gone that far ..my out reach worker was with me ..as I just completely freeze in these situations ... how you get favourable decision
