Finally got my tribunal date for PIP for the beginning of September.

All the horror stories ive heard im becoming despondent

Great advice to keep calm and rest when needed. I know I keep telling people but even whilst getting help with the Form I tried battling on until the adviser noticed my confusion.

He suggested a rest , yep I said I was ok, but he insisted. So glad he did ...After a break I was in a better state to continue.

So keep calm and remember YOU know your limits not THEM .

Yes there are horror stories but don't let yours be one.

spideyman youve got this far mate because the dwp feel you have a case.

on mine was a medical person and lawyer, theyll have all the proof supplied by the professionals and dont forget to take anything since your assessment.

After the refusal of PIP last month, and asking for it to be looked at again, I was expecting another form. Then, today I had a call from Newcastle asking me where my reasons for the tribunal were. The lady that I spoke to advised me that there are no forms sent out. She also explained that I had till next Monday to send in the reasons. However, she granted me a weeks grace. I suppose I may be able to get some help because I'm going for more tests at Birmingham City hospital next Wednesday, investigating for Peripheral Neuropathy. Good luck to you and fingers crossed.
