hi cat no I have lie down in day for for pain and bi no choice fatigue and then do my best then my body bi 6 =8pm I go to bed only because I just go bad fatigue

its been like that since bi and all chronic diseases that cause bad pain really takes it out of me its like my brain goes like cant describe it .shuts down and that's when I no I have to go to bed love . do you wake in the night love god I used to before bi with spine and cluster . I really no that and its horrific . . like now I use on screen keyboard ,

like now besides everthing ive got such a high pitched sound in my ears.just takeing my meds now but the first thing I do is have pint warm water coffie and 2 fags everyday ..love . but you no I stand by back garden well patio doors I think there called that stand or qwat and its so peace full I normily hear the waves on beach birds horses

not now love just got someone blowing a trumpet in my right ear high pitched

and im worried coz my cluster just sarting only looking thorou one eye got othe closed .cat plz explan why you wake at 12ish love x

No Eddie, I'm a night owl so never turn out the light until 2am. That way I can (more or less) guarantee 8 hours sleep.

The only time I have a problem sleeping is around the time of a full moon (fairly common apparently) when I can literally be awake for days...............pretty gruelling !

Do you live close to the sea ? I'm sorry to hear you're in so much pain ; I know that cluster headaches can be soooo wearing and the tinnitus too.

I started with tinnitus when I suffered a burst eardrum many years ago ; the constant screamng sound is like living on an airport runway ! xx
