Sorry not been on for a while, had my first group meeting at the brain injury clinic today, it went great and met some nice people, I'm looking forward to next Thursday now

Thanks Alex, yeah I was nervous about going but got there and next thing I'm chatting away like I'd been there for ages

I think a lot of pople feel the same way until they 'take the plunge' and get to know the people in the group.
