Make the best of life, where and which way you can - actually allow yourself to feel a bit empowered. Most of these folk around you have no clue how hard it is to get up in the morning sometimes - but you do it. Your all doing great xxxxx

Empowered and in control of the physical and emotional issues we deal with daily....it's the only way forward! Yes, I also have tears some days but once they're shed I'm as strong as an ox again....well in my own head I am! ;) Only problem is you can't kid a kidder! Oh well at least we all know what it's like to battle on through the fog! xx

I used the word empowered earlier, my recent chats have been making me realise a bit... not that I feel it yet - it actually just makes me more irritated with folk around me, like forheavens sake just deal with it, I do! But one day...I live in hope hahaha xxx
