I was helped today fill in the form that changes from DLA to PIP.

The form took 2 hours to complete.

She was a great help and its now the wait for a decision.

Amazed you could do it only 2 hours, mine took about a week to fill in - 4,000 words but didn't have professional help though

Was dreading mine but also had half from cab with Form. Took most of the day but must say the man was patient and didn't mind repeating things for me.

Result no assessment needed and transfer from dla to pips not as stressful as expected.
