A message which everyone, regardless of status/situation would do well to follow. I'm so lucky in sharing 'mutual appreciation' with my son, daughter & grandson, and never tire of telling them how precious they are. Their steadfastness has played a massive part in my wellbeing through many dark periods............ and mine, I hope, in theirs.

And we all share a ridiculous sense of humour which has been the antidote to some testing times.
