Very true, even at the darkest times there's something good to be found. Even forcing a smile makes a huge differebce

It's true Mandy. If we write the day off as cr*p we won't see it, but there's always something to make us smile if we can be bothered to look around. :D xx

Probably because we do appreciate more our lives....even in the darkest times when we prefer to be away. The perception of life after being a survivor is like having the second chance and spoiling such chance is not part of our experience

Very true.

My friend once told me that good things come from bad things.

I definitely agree with her there cos my BI and all the ops I have gone through, it was like going to hell and back again. Very bad thing.

BUT. A very good thing came from that. I am now a service user of Headway and I have met wonderful people and continue to do so :).
