Not a good start

Well today as not gone quite to plan so far. ( see post APRIL FOOL). It started well , checked my wall planner for todays tasks and was looking forward to the days events. Off I went with my support ( eldest daughter) to my boccia group to find no one there.

"Are you sure they are here on wednesdays " my daughter asked.

"No its only on tuesdays" I replied puzzled.

" it was tuesday yesterday" was her reply

Ah well its off to coffee morning then, a little late. Oh how they found this amusing when I recounted my exploits.someone did offer some comfort in I had avoided the april fools pranks though by forgeting what day it was.

But then I thought maybe I hadnt and maybe I had ended up falling for my own brains april fool on me. I would like to say I will live and learn ...but I seriously doubt it somehow.

  • If you think you are beaten, you are

If you think you dare not, you don't,

If you like to win, but you think you can't

It is almost certain you won't.

If you think you are outclassed, you are

You've got to think high to rise,

You've got to be sure of yourself before

  • Thanks I do try to try, if that makes sense. I think things like this morning are sent to remind me not to take good days gor granted. I may have had a set back morning but hey its now the afternoon so bring it on.

On any bad days I just think to myself this spell will end then its off I go again. Well they say god loves a tryer..if so he will absolutely adore me.....just not ready to meet him yet if its all the same with him.

Well the sun is shining so its off out again to get blown over by the wind. Thanks once again for the encouraging words.
