Hi all,
you will see I'm not a big message poster, but I felt called to share my journey with you today.
There is life after a BI !
********************
You will see from my profile, I suffered a BH and some vision loss in 2012, and remain at risk of a second haemorrhage.
After 8 months rehabilitating following the BH ,I managed to return to work in 2013 Praise the Lord indeed! Even though mental fatigue remains the biggest challenge on a daily basis, I have developed coping strategies and take the respite time I need whenever practically possible.
I'm not able to do as much as I could before the BI, but I enjoy holiday time with friends and I belong to a lovely local church where I enjoy great fellowship.
In 2014 I met a gent who I have been dating for a year now . He doesn't see the BI, but the person I am. He also sees the more rounded person i have become through my BI experience.
We hired a tandem for a few months and are finding that to be a real,' hoot' π.
He recently proposed and we are now busy planning our wedding for the summer of 2015π©π°
With all that's happened over the last 3 years, from my view It's an unbelievable 2015 ahead.............................
I continue to be thankful to God for His protection over my life and I trust Him for my future, whatever that may hold!!!!???
Proverbs 3: verses 5-6
John 3 : v 16
May God bless you on your own individual journeys too.
