As the title suggests, no Matt-bat right now. This post is actually about Health. Now, sometimes I might have problems at waking up at odd hours of the night and not being able to get back to sleep until it is almost time for me to get up. This isn't necessarily a BI problem, it can happen to many people. I could be a sound sleeper but I also think having a BI does not make things any better. My Mum used to mention Lavendar a lot. She would spray her pillow with it and that would knock her out. You could have a whisky before bed, that'll knock you out haha, although it's not exactly apt either as alcohol can kill brain cells. Drinking Chamomile tea is good for knocking you out. I've tried it once and it is pretty good. I mainly stick to drinking a Turmeric tea. Turmeric is the powder featured in curries but that is not to say that it tastes hot and spicy, nay, far from it turmeric is used to make the curry yellow. Put some of that in a cup and add boiling water, it tastes quite nice and if you want to sweeten it add half a spoon of honey. It's nice and very healthy for you. Turmeric has a list of health benefits. And getting good sleep is one of them. I sometimes drink a turmeric tea every now and then to get a good sleep :).

Time for a tagged story.
ALCOHOL, HONEY, GOOD SLEEP, CHAMOMILE, BRAIN
One day I was out on the streets again drinking ALCOHOL. I walked into ASDA and noticed they were selling bottles of beer with a HONEY tinted flavour at £5 for two bottles. I bought them and went home and drank them straight away, the taste was magnificent. Anyway, I found that they knocked me out. After having a GOOD SLEEP I decided to drink some CHAMOMILE tea because not only is it good for sleep but also good for the BRAIN :).
You need to go to Stace's profile Matt - he has written tons of advice re sleep problems

Allergies aren't they great?
I'd like to try the tea. When we lived in Leicester there was a lady who would make a curry that was safe for me to eat.
Allergies are brilliant... That was a little sarcasm right there :). Are you allergic to thr turmeric In the curries oo the whole caboodle? You could try the ground turmeric tea or the chamomile tea if that is more safe. whatever way, I hope this bit of info helps you out :).
Hi, have you tried Pukka teas? They do one called 'Nightime' it has valerian root/lavender etc. in it and sends me off to a nice snooze.
