owch! I cracked my wrist April last year.

clean break? push for physo, I have pain/mild reduction in moblity due to scaring around the bones/ligments and it really helped, I stupidly ignored it, and only went to get it checked out some three months later. Dumb real dumb.

there are a unfeasible amount of bones in the wrists/ankles so I guess it depends on where, though since your young I suspect it will nit up quickly.

Its mostly likely swollen up, normally goes down fairly quickly. and should feel better soon even if its probably how ever temping not to use it much.

Hope your wrist heals up quickly, it's awful breaking the wrist stops you from doing so much, but hope it heals super fast for you so your back playing lacrosse in next to no time.
