I'VE HAD A FIT

HERE'S SOME MATHS:

STRESS + HUMID WEATHER = FIT.

HAD ONE THIS AFTERNOON. USUAL STUFF, FEELING OF DEJA VU, TWITCHING & SHIVERS. WASN'T A BAD ONE BUT STILL LEFT ME FEELING KNACKERED & DISORIENTATED WITH A HEADACHE.

JUST NEEDED TO SHARE AS SOME OF YOU WILL SADLY UNDERSTAND.

Oh I'm sorry to hear that Zeblet - it's not something I am familiar with but hope some rest will help you. Please take care of yourself

Not good, I sympathise and empathise in equal measure! You take care of yourself now, rest as much as you can.

Sending my very best wishes

Ack that's horrid, I see and help others who get them, though I don't get any nor do I wish to!

THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT EVERYBODY. I AM NOW WIDE AWAKE SO I WILL STAY UP TILL I CRASH THEN SLEEP 10 HOURS. SOUNDS GOOD TO ME.

IT'S THE LE MANS 24 HOUR RACE THIS WEEKEND SO THERE'LL BE SOMETHING TO WATCH IN THE WEE SMALL HOURS.

Hi Zeblet, sorry to hear that. I had a wasted day yesterday too and I don't know if I am having fits but I get a feeling of 'something is going to happen' in my tummy. A weird kind of dread feeling. Had this the night before with a weak feeling in my hands and twitching in my face. I then spent yesterday with an almighty headache - one where I thought should I call someone. :( horrible! Hopefully you feel a bit better today. Cup of tea and I am definitely feeling more human this morning x

Bad luck Zeblet; here's mine:

46 years fit free + Optician flashing light in eyes without warning 2013 = Petit Mal ever since and with increasing frequency.

I usually get some warning with a taste like acetone in my mouth and a feeling of total peace descending on me. On returning to a state of normality I have a dry mouth, possibly a residual taste, but slight confusion and feel knackered. Sometimes I am aware of a sickly scented odour before and sometimes after.

The initial warning is good because I can sit down somewhere safe.

My daughter tells me I just stare or shut my eyes, breathing rate slows and my right hand stiffens with index and middle ring finger twitching. Lasts five to ten seconds.

It's a bloody pain; should have gone to Specsavers? I did!

YOU ARE ALL SO VERY KIND. I HAVE BEEN UP SINCE 5 FOR SOME REASON BUT HAD QUITE A BIT OF ENERGY EARLY ON. JUST HAVE A SMALL HEADACHE SO HOPE THAT'S THAT FOR THE FORESEEABLE.

WILL REST NOW WATCHING THE CRICKET (SORRY!!) & LE MANS 24 HOURS. WILL PROBABLY SLEEP THROUGH MOST OF IT ESPECIALLY AS ENGLAND ARE DOING BADLY (AGAIN)

TAKE CARE EVERYONE.
