Omega 3-6-9

Somebody posted about the benefits of omega to other day so I ordered myself some and they arrived today.

I'm hoping for some general cognitive improvement, and more importantly, my vision on the right to return.

OK, so we'll be expecting an even more dynamic Ben to emerge further up the line.

I've taken 1000mg Cod liver oil for around 30 years as I believe the secret is in the high dosage. Hope you get some benefits, especially with the vision. I think you're young enough for degenerative conditions like eyesight to be halted and possibly improved.

Whilst recovering from my haemorrhage I read an article about the benefits of Omega 3 in high dosages, so I put it into practice and I think it made a massive improvement to my recoveryand I really felt the benefit after about 10 days. Hope it works for you to!
