Had to take something back to Tesco

Just could get the words right to explain the problem explained i had a head injury the staff were sooooooooooooo

helpful and soon sent me on my way with a replacement

I hate confrontation (I think it has a lot to do with my mum and uncle arguing all the time when I had a tbi and my mum constantly over powering me ) but now I can do it but theres only the panic at the back of my mind that they are going to laugh or something but I tell and force myself to do it and see what happens

I think what helps is that I accept (at last ) that I have a diagnosed condition and that it is easier to say I have a problem

Whereas before I just thought I had stupid sessions where I had no control of my actions for a brief moment

I believe that 50 yes ago their was very little treatment for a TBI except mental hospital s and now its all changed for the better

I can confirm that TESCO's customer service is just as good in the north of Scotland, no quibble money back or a replacement!!
