I think stress and hot water are ny triggers. I started crying the other day because i'm not in school like everyone else my age and I broke out all over my stomach.

must be our imune system i got full blowne chickenpox at my age , the only place id been was hospital and takes 21 days 2 come out i was in local tiny hospital umm there germs feel sorry for you bet you want ich ich all day get well soon

I had chicken pox when i was in my mid 20s. They started poping out in the ferry port in Holland and i had a several hundred mile journey to drive - with spots coming out in some of the most embarrasing of places.

Identifying the problem so you can avoid the trigger in future would be good but to get some relief OTC antihistamines will help pretty much straight away. If you are on meds tell the pharmacist to be sure nothing clashes...wish you ease asap

Couldn't agree more with iforget. I usually find that just one or two do the trick, whether it's for hives or insect bites. x

I take half an antihistamine if I can't sleep, does the trick every time xxx

Purchased a generic anthistamine at the market. Worked like a charm.
