Possible Hemochromatosis?

Good afternoon

I have many symptoms of Hemochromatosis, painful joint, hand pain, palmar erythema, brain fog, dizziness, back pain, abdominal pain, rib pain to name a few.

I had results of my private iron panel I paid for (thriva) yesterday as GP wouldnt run a full iron panel because my ferritin isnt high enough and my liver biopsy last year was clear.

Do these numbers look like it could be it? My ferritin has come down into "normal range" but i did donate blood a few months ago.

I fasted for 12 hours prior to doing this test

TSAT 52% (High)

IRON 35umol (high)

TIBC 67umol (Higher end of normal)

UIBC 31.6umol ( lower end of normal)

Ferritin 371.

I did one of these tests back in September 2019, less symptoms but my Tsat was 43.4.
