A lot of coeliacs get night cramps/twitches in their legs and feet before diagnosis due to the nutritional deficiencies in calcium and magnesium, VitD. Have you found these improve on a GF diet? Do they flare up when you get glutened? Or have you been diagnosed with other things that are causing them.

Do you get night cramps?
I had terrible cramps (not just at night) even on a high calicum/magnesium supplement and also prescribed quinine. Vanished on gf diet unless glutened, when they return.
If I am accidentially glutened I suffer with very twitchy legs and occasional cramp during the day and the night. I find Tonic Water a help rather than take yet another tablet.
As soon as I get into bed feet cramp, even on GF diet, I found sox help.
yes leg cramps before diagnose but no more
I am not coeliac but gluten intolerant. I found since going on a GF diet I no longer get cramps in my calves, shins and toes, which I used to suffer regularly at night - great rolling spasms of cramp that no amount of massage would shift and were so painful they made me cry. I didn't expect GF diet to affect it but I'm relieved it did! Also no more mouth ulcers (except when I am cleaning my teeth in too much of a hurry and stab my gum with the brush).
I'd forgotten about the leg cramps at night was frequently awake rubbing my leg or walking about to get rid of the cramp. Doesn't happen since I've been diagnosed with CD and follow the GF diet. I wondered whether having a bit more iron and oxygen circulating in my blood had helped the cramps as my anaemia is slightly better than it was?
I too had night cramps, absolutely agony at times. I drink tonic water before bed, but only the best brand (shw-----s) as it is the only one that contains adequate quinnine. I also have started taking magnesium and this seems to have helped immensely.
Yes, mostly feet, sometimes calfs. Have not had since I've been GF (1 year). My feet also used to cramp when I would do a stretch before excercise where I would be on my knees and the tops of my feet were against the ground and my toes pointing away from me and my upper body and arms reaching forward with my hands touching the ground.
My whole body aches after a glutening, but no cramps as of yet. My legs ache more than other parts of my body during these thankfully few events.
I use to get pins and needles and cramp all the time.......but it was the joint pain that got to me.....now I'm gf and take my adcal-d3.... It much better, but I still get cramp if I forget to take my vitamins......but it's so much better than it was......
