was diagnosed 18months ago and was hard at first because missed my bread and had to look at all labeling but now are very happy with it and make more of my own meals witch are more heathy xx
I have managed to switch GP but it was very hard as I live just outside her area. I cannot switch hospital as only 1 hospital in my area now deals with any coeliac or other autoimmune issues.
