hi, does anyone know if there are any gf oats on the market that are iron fortified? I know Flahavans are but not sure if they are completely gf.

Hi. Just read your post. Whole grain oats naturally contain iron and other minerals. They’re not needed to be fortified as they’re not usually refined like white flour needs fortification but wholemeal doesn’t.
I think the brand you mention just lists the natural iron content and you’re right they’re not labelled gluten free.
Nairn’s (UK, Scotland) is a good option for gluten free and wheat free oats as they invested in and have dedicated gluten free facility. All their products are wheat free according to their information online. Their gluten free range specifically is tested and certified suitable for coeliacs that tolerate oat avenin.
