Hi. Does anyone happen to know of a brand of buckwheat flour that you can trust not to have any cross-contamination in the production/milling etc? I’m having trouble sourcing some… and just long to bake!

Thanks!

Thank you. Doves mill along with all their other gluten flours soup I don’t think can guarantee no cross contamination. But I will look into Shipton Mill. Thanks!

Thank you so much! Shipton Mill has now built a totally GF facility, they say on their website. So no cross-contamination. I’m so grateful! Thank you

Doves Farm do two ranges - "Doves Farm" and "Freee" You need the one called Freee, which is milled and packed on a GF site.

Hi just wanted to say that buckwheat and rice was identified as reactive foods test for me so I have to really read labels carefully. So far have only managed to bake a lovely polenta, ground almonds and blueberry cake.

Also cannot eat dairy.

Tried quinoa and chickpea flours but both inedible!

Most GF products contain rice flour.
