I have been ill for about 4 years. started off feeling nausous ocastionlly, ibs ,going lightheaded, low b12 levels and just feeling generally unwell and even fainting a few times when i have never fainted before.over the next year began to feel nausous constantly and a constant discomfort in my upper abdomen, reflux, headaches, somtimes joint pain fatigue and constant bloating.

i have had a endoscopy (but dont they did a biopsy for coeliac) , x ray of abdomen, ct and blood tests. but they can not find any thing wrong

Hi Bro59904 , your symptoms are almost identical to my husband before treatment ( b12 injections ) for Pernicious Anemea , low ferritin , low B12 , it may be worth you joining the “ Pernicious Anemea/ B12 deficiency support group , fasebook homepage , “ they are an exellent group ran by Pat Kormic . As well as b12 injections my OH has folic acid and other co factors , he is a lot better now but still a long way to go as it takes time . All the best .( I’m not saying you haven’t got Celliac , but you could have Pa also ).
