DNA binding auto antibodies test higher than range

Hi I have just looked at my blood results online from last year and noticed one flagged up as over what it should be, the doctors have never contacted me regarding it so assume that its nothing to be concerned about but just wondered whether anyone on here can help in regards to what this result might be indicative of. I have done a quick search on line and everything I have found seems to indicate its a test for lupus but to be honest the results of my search has gone straight over my head as it is complicated.

I think the whole blood test is one called ANTI NUCLEAR AB SCREEN and the high one on this is DNA binding auto antibodies, the result of mine is 9 kiu/L which is down as Abnormal result and the range is 0 - 8kiu/L

Anyway thanks in advance for any help.
