Me too! I noticed that I was having issues with dairy first, then I was diagnosed with B12D, finally I found thst going off gluten cleared up the rest of my symptoms. I also had gall stones and do the gall bladder was removed as well.

I had had stomach surgery 15 years earlier so my B12D was acquired and not inherited.

Wheat allergy runs in my father’s family but I had never had issues until it all precipitated together.

I happened on this by accident. And noticed that as soon as I eliminated the gluten from my diet. My B12 issues eased up. However I'm still B12 deficient. I seem to absorb it better from my food now that I'm gluten free. Glad I'm not the only one!
