Hi thanks for adding me need major help have gluten wheat and milk intolerance can someone point me in direction of weight. Reducing eating plan I also have fibromyalgia and leaky gut bitcgreedy I know but there you go lol x

I'm not sure there is a specific weight reducing plan! The best advice seems to be to eat natural 'whole' foods, lots of different vegetables and good quality protein. Make sure you are eating foods with fibre in, but do it gradually if you are not used to it.

Try to limit the ready made gluten-free supermarket foods you eat, as they often have a lot of sugar in, and the additives are not good for a damaged gut.

You could have a look at the NHS 12 week weight loss site on HU, it will give you a plan you could adapt.
