Elevated IGA

Hi there, hoping you can help me with my latest blood test results. I went gluten free back in September for thyroid reasons but have had some blood tests recently where the Dr checked for Coeliac disease. I know the TTG may not be correct as I've been gluten free and that was in range, but I did have elevated IgA. I wondered if this could be a sign of coeliacs? It was only slightly raised at 3.15 (range 0.80-2.80). Thanks in advance.
