I've done so many "practice runs" of GF puff pastry mince pies, boiled whiskey cake, mince pie ice cream and other things for which Christmas is no excuse (tiffin, sausage rolls etc) that my waistline would not notice if today were cancelled.

Have fun everyone and stay gluten free even after that fourth glass of sherry...
