If there is something that I really miss since I was diagnosed with Coeliac is real thin crusty Pizza and of course normal French Breads and Italian pasta!
I can somehow manage with what I can find regarding bread and pasta... however I miss the thin crusty oven baked pizza ...
I have tried the ready made ones as well as making something with Dove's gluten free flower but I do not seem to get the mixture right and the taste and texture is not right...
Can anyone give me a tried and tested recipe for making a pizza base that tastes as good as the normal pizza base???? I will appreciate your suggestions.
