Hello, since I was 13, I had a nodule left side of my neck. It has not increase in size, and now I am 20. I went to my GP to check it out, and I had UV scan, which came normal, but the nodule was solid, since it reflected on UV, and also I done a blood test for T3 T4 Tpo . The results were normal but my Tpo was 250 and my b12 was normal also.
the problem is, that I am worried that is it thyroid cancer.. I never went on a gluten free diet before, so I am trying it now..

I am a thyroid sufferer and my TPO was more than a thousand and I cant see why you are linking your TPO to cancer. The higher the TPO reading means that your immune system is attacking your thyroid, so if you are in the middle of an autoimmune attack then your TPO will be high.
Has your GP mentioned Hashimotos to you - which is an autoimmune thyroid illness - possible caused by leaky gut and gluten. I would suggested that you look around the thyroiduk website and join their HU site for more info of thyroid illness.
