So I'm finally getting to see a consultant to discuss CD! I keep finding what seem to be more little pieces of a jigsaw puzzle. I'm currently also having 'loading doses' of b12 as my b12 was @130....

Did anyone else gave b12 def?

Also,....I've got 3 patches of light brown skin which I now think of hyperpigmentism.... Anyone else had that with CD? If so what causes it?

Yep, B12 was low and so was folic acid. This is how my GP discovered I had CD.

im also on b12 injections for the rest of my life, just had another blood test done and my folate has crashed again and ferrous sulphate is at rock bottom so back on the tablets yet again for another 4 months, seeing consultant tomorrow who iv been seeing for 2 years, been on gluten free since January, locum gp who summoned me in told me they need to get to the cause of my battered iron
