Gluten free in ( Canary Islands) fuerteventura....

I'm in canaries and I found that Eurospar supermarket do a brilliant range of glutenfree....they had a huge range, from bread, cereal pasta biscuits.....infact much more to choose from than in the uk.... Even have lots of dairy produce sin gluten....yogurts, spreads the lot.....

Sorry, lame joke - I found Canary Islands to be really easy to eat in, many supermarkets had lots of products and food labelling was excellent.

We have eaten out every day and I have had no problem. They seem to have a good understanding about coeliac... In the Eurospar there was a big sign saying coeliac...it seems to be made mostly by a firm called schar...

At moment I'm sat by pool, writing this on my iPad.......because I have to make sure I get enough vit D from the sun....lol

That's we're we are at moment........the Eurospar is in the las palmeras centre.....it's beautiful here and the people are lovely...weather is fab.......x
