Is it safe to fly a month after a shunt operation ?

I’ve had a shunt done a little over a month ago and I want to know whether it’s safe to fly. I hadn’t asked my doctor as it wasn’t relevant back at my last appointment

Good morning RoyN. It is fine to fly after shunt surgery, as long as you're not missing any eye appointments whilst you're away. If you are still having the problems with your eye that you mentioned in your other post, then I would get this sorted before going off anywhere.
