Putting eye drops in

Anyone got any good tips for putting eye drops in am right handed and sometimes find it hard put drops in my left eye

These are brilliant. Thanks for putting the videos online. He did a workshop at the local eye clinic and taught us these techniques which were very well received by participants. I learned so much and improved the way I use my drops. Nobody had ever shown me or even explained that there was a correct way . For years therefore I had been using them incorrectly.

Would be good if patients were told about these links etc when we come to the eye clinic ! Or even as a footnote to the clinic letters.

Would love to have a lesson in how to put Single use drops just started on them two days ago panicking that I’m not putting them in right or getting them in
