Hi Lonestar, just noticed your blog,my excuse is I go on several sites so I don't always see things on the day, sorry. I'm presuming you have just got an arthritis diagnosis. I found waxing was a good pain relief and creams with capsicum in them. Arthritis Uk can tell you some of the more recent treatments, you have to try all things till you find what suits you best. I wear a hand splint and anything that keeps the joints warm, and some joints can be operated on these days. I have had the disease for around 20 years.Hope the advice helps. Some foods and herbal treatments can help. Avoid anthroplex as it is not licenced.
