Hi I’ve just come out of hospital after been diagnosed with neuropathy on my scalp, seen a neurologist and a follow up for nerve conduction tests, also seeing pain management as an outpatient patient which have been great, it’s still early days though and I still feel poorly and at my wits end I just want my life back, also I have it in my upper back and neck but there not as painful as my head.

Sorry to hear about that Jane. My consultant has prescribed high doses of vitamin B12 and it does help. I have it in my feet, legs and palette. Give it a try and good luck hope you are feeling better soon
Thank you for replying at the minute I’m willing to give anything a try xx
Jarrow Methycobalamin 5000 mcg B12 lozenges for under the tongue - from Amazon. Leave until dissolved. B12 works with B9 in the body so taking a good B Complex will keep all the B's in balance.
I self inject weekly - you cannot overdose on B12 - only B6.
I also have neuropathy in my scalp and my legs. My consultant is uninterested in the neuropathy in the scalp. I find it gets worse if I am stressed. I went for a facial which happened to come with a head massage. This improved things tremendously.
I find my pins and needles in my legs get better if I eat low carb and do lots of gymn. I am awaiting the results of a second head and neck mri but they dont expect to find anything.
Have you tried using headspace app to practise minfulness and reduce stress levels
