chronic knee pain
Hi, having always previously been a keep fit fanatic i have old sports injury damage in both knees but since suffering with cfs for two years, i feel as though my joints have aged by about twenty years! A year ago my knee pain was so bad i could barely walk some days, but since having steroid injections in them and gradually doing strengthening exercises on them, they have improved by around 75%! Ive been diagnosed with osteoarhritis and scans showed i need two replacements but im now able to put that off as im not in nearly as much pain since the jabs i had over a year ago. Had to be insistant with the gp though, reluctant to give me jabs and told me to take ibufrn and paracetemol every four hours every day!
I have been diagnosed with arthritis in my lower spine and hip. I am pretty sure that I also have fibromygia as well. My right knee when any sypmtoms start burns and feels like I need to constantly massage around the joint....but it does'nt work. I have found that dicofenic help.
